Front of House: Line Service
Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Have a keen eye for quality and consistency, with the ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly.
- Be at least 18 years of age, can take correction well, eager to learn.
- Food handler permit required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift 15-30 lbs.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude while taking their order.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments (cash, credit, and mobile payments).
- Answer customer inquiries about the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Provide suggestions and upsell menu items, when appropriate.
- Ensure accuracy and speed in order fulfillment, working closely with meat slicer and the kitchen staff.
- Maintain quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment, while assisting with packing to-go and delivery orders.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the front counter, POS terminals, and beverage and condiment station clean and organized.
- Ability and willingness to complete any other assigned tasks asked for by the management team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
