Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Capability to lift and handle heavy meat cuts and operate machinery Basic math skills for ingredient proportions. High attention to detail.
- Teamwork.
- Food handler permit required.
- Meat science: Basic understanding of meat cuts, quality factors, and processing techniques.

Quality Control/ Production and Efficiency:
- Proficient in trimming various meat cuts, removing excess fat, connective tissue, and undesirable portions. Preserving the desired shape and structure.
- Accurately following all procedures, minimizing waste, and following recipes.
- Strictly adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area. Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment.
- Preventing cross-contamination.
- Understanding and following proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Food Safe Certification.
- Efficiently managing time, by meeting production requirements.
- Ability and willingness to complete any other assigned tasks asked for by the management team.
- Regularly checking product quality, Ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.
